Zambian forward Kennedy Musonda scored for Young Africans to earn his club a 1-0 win over Azam.
Musonda’s goal helped Yanga win the Azam Sports Federation Cup on Monday.
Young Africans has now completed a league and cup.
They were denied a treble after they lost the CAF Confederations Cup final on away goal rule.
The 28 year old is expected to fly to Ndola on Tuesday and join the national team.
The former Power Dynamos striker has had an impressive season in East Africa.
He helped Young Africans to a league title and runners up position in the CAF Confederations Cup.
He also won the Zambian Super League with Power Dynamos having scored 11 goals for the Kitwe giants.
