China based Stopilla Sunzu has arrived in the country from his base ahead of this weekend’s CAF 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Cote d’Ivoire.
And the 34 year old defender is relishing the challenge of facing the West African giants.
“I am ready and looking forward to the game,” scorer of Zambia’s AFCON winning penalty told the ZamFoot Crew at Lusaka’s Kenneth Kaunda International Airport.
Sunzu is expected to connect to Ndola and link up with rest of the Chipolopolo boys on Tuesday. .
The Chipolopolo boys had their last training session in Johannesburg on Monday.
They will take a short flight to Ndola on Tuesday for the final phase of their preparation.
