Zambian forward Fashion Sakala was on target in Rangers’ 5-2 win over St Mirren.
St Mirren goalkeeper Trevor Carson saved a penalty from James Tavernier before Todd Cantwell gave the Gers a lead.
Mark O’Hara scored a stunning volley to draw level for St Mirren at the stroke of half time.
Sakala headed home to restore Rangers’ lead immediately after the break as the fans went into the ‘He comes from Zambia’ chorus from the famous Zankalewa song from Cameroon.
St Mirren equalised to give a nail biting finish to the game before Rangers grabbed three late goals.
A brace from Alfredo Morelos and one from Scott Arfield sealed the victory for Rangers.
