Last week, FAZ announced they will hire a Chipolopolo coach to replace Beston Chambeshi, whose contract was not renewed.
Since then there has been debate about the merits of hiring a local coach or expatriate coach.
Below Jonathan Kaps, a soccer fans gives his views
“The problem is not the local coaches and their knowledge about football, the problem is FAZ, soccer [Zambian] analyst and the fans.
“The three parts are not patient and that is what is costing the national team.
“Rome was never built in one day patience is needed if we are going to compete in these competitions.
“A good example is Germany, if they were like the three parts here they wouldn’t have won the World Cup in Brazil.
“So patience is very important and that is what we lack hence the results we see today.

patience for six years and three afcon tournaments missing out let kamanga go .
