The Zambia National Team has returned from Cameroon where they bowed out at the quarterfinal stage.
Coach Milutin Micho’s charges beat Tanzania 2-0 before drawing 1-1 with Guinea and closed the Group D matches with a 0-0 draw with Namibia to qualify to the quarterfinals.
Zambia suffered a 3-1 loss to Morocco in the quarterfinals.
The team will shift focus to next month’s Group H Africa Cup of Nations where Zambia hosts Algeria before traveling to Zimbabwe.

Something should be done with immediate effect to ensure that we got maximum points. Lets help this beleaguered coach . Local coaches should also assist to select players. @Tony mash I totally agree with your sentiments especially player selection, there sometimes we must swallow our pride and psych the players on their bad behaviors especially when we are hanging by the thread. However, I do not agree with your last comment “Micho is too small to coach Zambia” I feel what we should appoint or ask Wada to be Micho’s assistant because I strongly believe Wada knows how to tame the Arabs
Remember Wada exercised the same disciplinary measures on Kalaba and triple C but people insulted him. Alas! I never saw anyone insult MIcho, please let us respect and encourage our Coaches “Nabo Bantu” why don’t we rebuke the players also as they must too, exercise patriotism. I feel our players should have a hunger for glory and stop fearing, big names or the skin colour, This might sound derogatory but it is the truth.
