Zesco United has confirmed the acquisition of former Nchanga Rangers and Sensational Zanaco goalkeeper Toaster Nsabata.
The 30-year-old goalminder has penned a 3 year deal with the 8 time Zambia. This comes just 24 hours after Nsabata left Zanaco following the expiration of his contract with the Bankers.
“Former Zanaco Football Club goalkeeper, Toaster Nsabata has joined ZESCO United on a 3-year contract.
The former Chipolopolo shot-stopper becomes the first player to join the eight-time League giants since the opening of the January transfer window,” reads a statement on Zesco United’s official website.
Nsabata is expected to bring competition between the sticks as the shot-stopper links up with his former coach Numba Mumamba. Ian Otieno is currently the undisputed Zesco United’s first choice but will now be on his toes with the arrival of the experienced Toaster Nsabata.
Happy New Year and welcome to the biggest club in the land!Full Story:https://t.co/5WtJN5iu6E
