It is a whole different ball game at the Obedience Itami Chilume stadium in Francistown Botswana, the Zebras will try as much as possible to express themselves and will be more adventurous this time around and they will be looking for an early goal.
Micho who is expecting a different Botswana side said, “This is a huge test of character for the generation of Chipolopolo players. We need to show that our win on Thursday was not a fluke, it was not an accident but a reality of the situation of our team. We need to improve all the departments of our team and overall.”
He continued, “It will not be easy; we are playing a team that was just last year in this field played against champions of Africa and accidentally lost from a corner kick goal. They had played and outplayed Algeria in that way and this is exactly the sign that we are playing against a highly competitive team.”
Zambia went with a 4-3-3 formation with more attacking players in the first leg the two teams met, this time around Micho will try to balance his attack and defense because the Zebras won’t sit back defending like they did at the National Heroes stadium.
GOALKEEPER
SEBASTIAN MWANGE: He looks certain to maintain his spot in the squad after a fair match at Heroes. Botswana only had a single shot on target and that resulted into a goal.
Mwange had nothing to do the whole game except the goal he conceded from a corner kick and he would have much more to prevent the goal but he had a relatively untroubled game.
DEFENSE
TANDI MWAPE, LUKA BANDA, ZACHARIAH CHILONGOSHI and KONDWANI CHIBONI: Micho deployed a much more attacking team at home, 7 attack minded players were on the field and we don’t expect that he will go with the same attacking mindset.
Ghamphani Lungu and Zachariah Chilongoshi started as right wingbacks and he [Micho] justified his decision and said he needed more attacking players cause he knew Botswana will be hard rock. Chiboni might come back in the team for Ghamphani Lungu to offer some defensive stability.
MIDFIELDERS
ENOCK MWEPU, KELVIN KAPUMBU, COLLINS SIKOMBE: the midfield, it is likely that he won’t changed it, “lucky charm Collins Sikombe” looks certain to start and Kapumbu who has done so well will maintain his central midfield position with Mwepu.
STRIKERS
EMMANUEL CHABULA, FASHION SAKALA and LUBSMBO MUSONDA: No one expected that Augustine Mulenga would be in the squad ahead of Fashion Sakala, the AmaZulu winger didn’t live up to the billing and was substituted just after the break for his poor performance.
Lubambo Musonda who captain the team had a very good game even though he was substituted for Emmanuel Chabula. Fashion Sakala came in for Justin Shonga who had a very below par game, Fashion made a brilliant run and assisted the winning goal. Emmanuel Chabula will likely start ahead of Justin Shonga who was leading the lines up front.

Greetings fellow Chipolopolo fans. The lineup looks strong, with a young and aggressive attack. Go Zambia!
If there is a link where we can watch from outside Zambia please share it.
My prediction is another 2-1 Zambia victory. Fingers crossed!
We just have to win though I’m really missing Parson Daka I trust him on goal scoring my prediction is a 1:2 in favor of Zambia.
