The Super Eagles of Nigeria beat visiting Algeria 3 – 1 in the 2018 Russia World Cup qualifier match thanks to a brace from Victor Moses and another goal from captain Obi Mikel.
The Nigerians took full advantage of Cameroons failure to win against Zambia to go four points clear at the top of the group. On 6 points.
Cameroon are second in the group with two points while Zambia on one point move off the foot of the group as they have a better goal difference compared to Algeria.
Zambia’s next game in the qualifiers is against Algeria next year on 20th August, Â 2017.

Easy group for nigeria
Am very optimistic that we can qualify in this group. There is no chemistry in the team, but if we can work on that as we are waiting for the deciding match against Desert Foxs, Nigeria is beatable at home. I will not say match on who will win this group between Zambia and Nigeria. Forget about Cameroon had it not been for that match official that was our game. Algeria this time will fall we are not on the same level trust me on that one. Here is my line.

We need ball players going forward, the like Lubambo, Mayuka, Walter Bwalya, and Mbola. Wedson Inyirenda is trying to build a team thats why he seems to be trying different players and tactics. But I must say Nyirenda is better than Lwandamina. Lwandamina is corrupt, nepotistic and chooses players depending on his relationship with them. The ref also killed in yesterday’s game. He only blew up the whistle after Cameroon players protested. Also Fwayo should have been introduced instead of Silwimba. Fwayo would have added more offense to the attack. Having said that lets build the team using the remaining qualifying games. There is no way Zambia can qualify to Russia 2018. We made a mistake to lose to Nigeria at LPM. Nigeria is going to win the group. Cameroon are no longer the team they used to be. Algeria are bad travelers to sub-Saharan countries, and might lose all their away games.

zambians are so courageous about their team even as d team is lacking behind cameroun. The advice i hav for u guys is to start preparing for draw with d desert foxes by watching the tape of the foxes and d super eagles.. If two cauntries can qualify from each group i would love zambia and Nigeria to qualify but since their is no possibility ur team should learn to play like Nigeria. I watched the match between zambia and cameroon but zambia were lucky.. Cameroun press Zambia but they dont hav fast attackers unlike Algeria that has slimani, Mahrez and Bantaleb.. Be very careful or else the desert foxes will crush ur team.. Their is still time to prepare.. Mbesuma is getting old i dont know how in form he will b next year..
