Zambia midfielder Rally Bwalya made his competitive debut for Sekhukhune United in their narrow defeat to Champions Mamelodi Sundowns in the opening match of the new DSTV Premiership season.
Sundowns beat Sekhukhune United 2-1 at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on Friday night.
Bwalya was withdrawn at half time with Sekhukhune playing with a man down.
Late in the game, Sundowns’ Ricardo Cotzee was also sent off.
The former Power Dynamos midfielder will be looking for a better outing in the next match.
Bwalya joined Sekhukhune United from Amazulu.
