Rangers manager Micheal Beale confirms forward Fashion Sakala in talks to join club in Saudi Arabia.
Beale has also confirmed that the 26 year old will not be involved in Saturday’s opening Scottish Premiership match against Kilmarnock as he continues to hold talks about a move to Al-Fayha.
“Fashion Jr will not be involved tomorrow with the squad. We have lost Ridvan today to a strain, other than that everyone else is available.
“There has been an interest in a few and you can see our squad is a big squad,” he said.
“I think we’ve had a player come in for every player that left but the squad as I mentioned in the last season was big so I’d expect two or three more to go out.
“Fashion and Kamara are away from the group at the moment discussing some things so there might be some news in the coming days.
“They won’t be involved tomorrow, but other than that everybody else is ready to go.”
The Zambian attacker had turned down a move to Saudi Arabia earlier in the window but it looks like a move could happen now.
Sakala joined Rangers as a free agent from Belgium side KVO Oostende.
He has made 39 goal contributions for the Gers in 93 appearances.
