Zambian striker Obrey Chirwa was given a special award in Tanzania on Sunday by football website Kandanda.
The Zambian forward was awarded for being the only player to score two hat-tricks in the 2019/2020 Tanzania Ligi Kuu season. The award was presented to him at the launch of the Chamanzi week.

Chirwa scored his first hat-trick on 26th November as Azam FC romped to a 5-0 win over Alliance FC and then netted four in Azam’s 7-0 bashing of Singida.
Chirwa and his Azam FC however only managed to finish the season in third place with 70 points two behind second-placed Yanga and 18 adrift of Champions Simba SC.
