It was all smiles in Kabwe for the airmen after they were pardoned from the prison of a ‘leopard’ for coming out triumphant in an in war with Felix Bulaya being the lone gunman in the forefront for them spearheading the process, It ended 1 nil at the Godfrey Ucar Chitalu Stadium, between Prison Leopards and Red Arrows in favor of the latter.

On Sunday it was a battle for the greens in the early kick-off match at sunset stadium where Green Buffaloes came to the test against Green eagles. True to the quote “Discipline is the soul of an army”, the teams played out to a disciplined display with Green Buffaloes being a better side in the first half before Green Eagles upped their game in the second stanza of the match.
It was a titanic battle with eight yellow cards issued by the center man Chimense with a penalty awarded to Green Buffaloes in the 56th minuted which they converted through Jack Chirwa to take a lead until the 90th minute when Hosea Silwamba leveled matters for the away side. The result condemned Buffaloes further downward to 13th position from 12th position in week two with three draws in the first three opening matches of the season while Eagles maintain their second spot with seven points with only goal difference separating them and log leaders Forest Rangers.
