Green Buffaloes Football Club has acquired the services of three players ahead of the start of the new season.
Zambia U-20 midfielder Charles Majapa Mumba leads the list of the new players that have joined the ‘Nyanta Boys’.
“With his bursts of pace and excellent vision, Charles Mumba is a special talent who can orchestrate the action for his team-mates or make the difference on his own.” – FIFA.com described the youngster prior to the 2023 CAF Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.
Majapa was voted player of the tournament at the 2022 COSAFA (the qualifying tournament for this Africa U-20 Cup of Nations).
“Green Buffaloes Football Club would like to Officially announce to the Public that Charles Majapa Mumba, Dalitso Banda and Henry Chisula are Green Buffaloes.”
Majapa joins Green Buffaloes on a seasonal loan deal from Athletico Lusaka.
Meanwhile Right back, Dalitso Banda joins the Masauso Tembo coached outfit on a permanent deal from copperbelt provincial Young Power Dynamos.
The young defender impressed Buffaloes at the National league playoffs in which he played for Stylish Roan United.
Striker Henry Chisula also joins on a permanent deal from Zambia Army sponsored side Luena Buffaloes.
Buffaloes will start the campaign with a trip to Mufulira in week 1 against Mufulira Wanderers at shinde Stadium.
