We have to go back to Youth leagues, coca cola schools, community teams and provincial Youth teams. those early exposure to international tournaments are crucial. In general league team need.need to invest in fitness trainers at club level. B leagues or a reserve league must.be.must . be introduces and a club under 21 league as well.
