Emmanuel Mbola has been given a one week off by the Hapoel Rana’ana coach.
The left full back has been an ever present in his club’s 24 games and accumulating five yellow cards, his coach opted to send him to Zambia for a vacation.
Mbola will fly back to Israel on Saturday after arriving in the country early this week.
The five yellow cards means that Mbola is suspended for this weekend game.
The player who has never played top flight football in Zambia has been one of Ranaa’ana’s key players this season.
While he suffered a dip in form last season, the former Mining Rangers and Pyunik Yerevan full back has been impressive and has been working on his crossing this season.
Mbola has been involved in Rana’ana’s last goals providing assists for compatriot Evans Kangwa.
Though he has been one of Zambia’s standout player in Europe, Chipolopolo Boys coach George Lwandamina has left him out of the forthcoming mouthwatering African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Congo Brazaville.

That should tell you a lot about player selection by the the coaching bench. All those flops that have been selected cannot be compared to Mbola’s performance currently. Thats the problem with local coaches. Corruption and nepotism is a problem.
One wonders if our coach monitors these boys while they are away from Zed!
mbola has his own weakness overlapping, crosses, shorts off target. So he needs 2 work on that, 4 me kabamba is not bad let us giv him chance
Players are selected based on their current form and performance. Mbola is doing well and it’s just logic that he is selected to national team.
Mr chicken call mbola to the the national team the guy is doing fine with his club.
Lwandamina is a corrupt coach like many poverty stricken colleagues coaching in the Zambian league.
Competion is high on this numba bz kabamba is not week he is good diffensively while mbola i gud offensively therefore depends on the oponent
coach assemble the strongest team to beat these congolese. remdmber there are tall and huge. so technically they are better than us. if u analyze well our defence is weak. sunzu not active, muthali on faz suspension, that guy who playf number two at chan is a suspect. chris k no speed.mbesuma though gud but no speed. kaya!
wen u r attacking mbola is gud, bt defending he is a let down. same if u play chisamba as a defender. Kabamba is better he can attack nd defend
Mean while Mayuka scores for zamalek
Zambia should improve on the selection part. If we need players to improve select them on merit and based on their current form
iwee chicken we want mbola in team please napapata
I agree totally with you Chisuta, if you analyse most of the goals we have conceived mistakes started from either Mbola or Chisamba.Kabamba is much better.
Mbola shud hv been included.
MBOLA SHOULD BE IN THE TEAM TO PLAY ON THE OFFENSIVE AT HOME. GOING INTO THE LAST TERM OF OFFICE, YOU DO EVERYTHING FOR POSTERITY OR YOU TRIP YOURSELF AND THAT EARNS YOU A YELLOW CARD. PUT A PICTURE OF MANDELA IN YOUR OFFICE. YOU MUST PUT IN PLACE A MATURE TEAM BECAUSE YOU HAVE BEEN BUILDING A TEAM SINCE 2012 WHEN WE WON THE AFCON. WE MUST SEE AN AFRICAN FOOTBALL MACHINE IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS. PERIOD!
Ati coach Lwandamina the kalu right leg awe mwandi twanaka. Coach no lufumo kwati li beta lwa mpeta
CALL MBOLA PLZ WE NEED HIM
Mbola is good, but defending is problem.the other isssue our coach should also be carefull with ,not to concider musekwe that one is suspect at the back
Mayuka also would have been called, then our coach what’s happening to jacob?
