The Kitwe High Court on 23rd March 2018 ordered the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) to comply with the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) ruling regarding the hearing matter of expelled Vice president Richard Kazala at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
Default of FAZ meeting the Court orders, Richard Kazala should be deemed fit to be reinstated as Vice president of the local football mother-body.
“In default of the responded [FAZ] meeting any of the orders (i) to (v) hereof, the applicant [Kazala] should be deemed reinstated to his position as Vice president,” reads part of the court order.
Among the orders is Kazala’s hearing before a properly constituted council, whose membership shall be members appointed or elected by club leagues and not nominated by individuals.
And, an independent person should he appointed to preside this hearing at the AGM. Meaning, FAZ president Andrew Kamanga is forbidden to preside the session.
Furthermore additional charges against Kazala shall be dropped. Security and the opportunity for KAZALA to speak in his defence is mandatory.
I new it, Kamanga and his mafias,were too overzealous to oust kazala.Even bypassing the FAZ constitution in handling the matter. A Deliberate move to ignore and bypassing the constitution is “fraud “.If it is proven that, the move was deliberately, Kamanga and his executive must step down on moral Ground. But if it was out of ignorance, they should apologise to the councilors for misleading them.To kazala,for harsh treatment. The law should apply to everyone. It’s not good to be hasty in handling sensitive matters.It is an embarrassment on Kamanga and his team,because they campaign to follow FAZ constitution, but they ignore it.They even decompaign,kalusha.
We have serious issues affecting our game currently. Mr.Kamanga may have underestimated the challenge i hope these issues can be resolved otherwise we are in trouble
Where is this drama taking us? Bailiffs seizing property is another episode on its own. I feel there is too much confusion at football house at the moment such that running football has become a challenge. Results on the pitch reflect exactly where we are in terms of administration. Lack of a proper kit sponsor or supplier is also another problem in my view. I have no problem if the current kit deal brings in money but lets face it, well run teams can never wear what we are currently exposing ourselves to….

DON’T FORGET TO FIRE WADA
The problem with firing Wada and why FAZ are scared to do so is that Wada knows FAZ or whoever is paying him, will have to pay him the remaining period of his contract, if not he will take the case to FIFA, who will order FAZ to pay by deducting from the Grants that FAZ gets from FIFA, as simple and straight forward as clean water
Wada the worst coach in zad history to have lost three a class home games,even the clueless chicken would only draw at home
Guys let’s not muddle ourselves with none issues! The crux of the matter here is theft of K 165,000.00 or so of Faz money donated by statehouse! Before we crucify Kamanga, can bloggers debate this theft. Is it in order for a Faz Veep to fail to account for the money? If its in order to chew taxpayers money then Kamanga is at fault for whistle blowing. Otherwise, don’t circumvent the matter. To me first deal with the theft followed by issues of the constitution later! Don’t behave like thieves on this blog who frown upon whistle blowers.

In addition one would tend to agree that Kamanga has exhibited weak leadership when u consider the followinging points: 1. Investigations should have been instituted on theft of funds by Kalu and his minions, 2. Replica jersey scandal should hv been persued to a logical conclusion and culprits dealt with, 3.The dollars donated to Faz by some rich arab via Kalus personal account should be paid back.Sales proceeds from sale of replica jerseys should be collected with help of formern. committee.Shaka Zulu said,” don’t leave your enemies standing they will haunt u later”.Kamangas weakiness is the root of all this mess.He thought by going soft on Kalu and the former exco would enhance his reputation!This bunch will chew u boy, u took away their source of easy money thereby “broke theirmonkey nuts”!!
I thought matters of this nature are supposed to be addressed by the CAF/FIFA disciplinary committees and not the normal courts. Are we not opening ourselves to sanctions should this court order is implemented by FAZ?

you are very correct. we dont want football discussed bu Concourt: what do they know of football politics. how can some judge in kitwe high court discuss the beautful game politics = regarding wada zedians dont forget that wada was imposed by statehouse on faz.I remember after watching a game in ndola the big man from statelodge causually said i think wada is fine and surely we are were we are cos of that statement.after statement government refused to pay Ingisud from south africa who was engaged.
The Court of arbitration gave kazala,a green light to pursue the matter in courts of the country, if FAZ does not comply with the conditions pressed on them by the court of arbitration. We should remember that The COURT of ARBITRATION is the highest court of sports in the world.Kazala has followed the right procedures. When he was grieved, he appealed the matter to the highest sports court.THE COURT of Arbitration for SPORTS. They very highest court advised kazala to pursue the issue the countries court.Kamanga, ponga and the executive should follow and obey the ruling of KIT WE high court.,because it presided over matter after being given a green light from.The COURT of ARBITRATION for Sports..If kamanga,and ponga will not be humble to obey the direction, they will be confusion at FAZ.
Me am still wondering, as to why kamanga and his executive do not want to give kazala,the opportunity to defend himself even after being persuaded by the COURT of Arbitration for SPORTS. They are also hesitant to abide by The HIGH Court ruling. Something is not right.If kazala and his friend are criminals,the best way to catch them, is to use the very law Ave broken, and they Ave to be given an opportunity to defend themselves. But why is Kamanga refusing?.Even defiling the ORDERS from the court of arbitration. And kitwe high court.

The Court of arbitration is bigger than any disciplinary committee of FIFA.When FIFA disciplinary commitees error in their Judgement, The appeal is done to The highest court,that is (The Court for arbitration for sports) .From, “times of Zambia “,it is reported that ponga,liwewe has written to FIFA for direction over the Kit we high Court decision. But WHY is kamanga and liwewe defiling the order from the Court of Arbitration for sports?.Because there is no disciplinary commitees in FIFA,that can nullify the decision by The Court of ARBITRATION for Sports. Unless I don’t know.Its will like the High Court nullify the supreme Court decision,which is a taboo.Ponga and kamanga must be humble and follow the laid down procedures. If they don’t, they will be embarrassed, mark my words
