The Copper Queens have booked their place in the final following a 2-1 win over defending Champions, Tanzania at the Isaac Wolfson Stadium.
Coach Bruce Mwape made seven changes to the team that started against Eswatini in the final Group B match.
Misozi Zulu, Evarine Susan Katongo, Catherine Musonda, Margaret Belemu, Ochumba Oseke Lubanji, Agness Musesa, Martha Tembo came back to the starting line up.
Zambia were the first team to threaten Barbra Banda looking lively from the word go.
Banda put the Queens in the lead just 12 minutes into the match finishing off a beautiful ball from midfield to take her tally to nine goals for the tournament so far.
Tanzania however drew level in the 28th minute following an unfortunate own goal by Lushomo Mweemba.
Zambia continued to dominate but could not find a second goal before the break.
In the second stanza, The Queens took the lead immediately after the restart Misozi Zulu benefiting from the goalkeeper mishandling of the ball.
Coach Bruce Mwape brought in Natasha Nanyangwe and Ireen Lungu to replace Xiomara Mapepa and Mary Wilombe.
The Copper Queens held to finish the match and seal their second ever final berth having only previously reached the final in 2019.
Midfielder Evarine Susan Katongo was named as the player of the match.
Zambia will face the winner between Namibia and South Africa in the final on Sunday 11th September at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
