The Zambia U-20 national team has been drawn in group A of the 2022 COSAFA U-20 Championship.
Zambia has been drawn with hosts Eswatini, Botswana and Mauritius in Group A.
Coach Chisi Mbewe is expected to name his squad as he begins preparations for the tournament which will also act as a qaulifier for the 2023 TOTALENERGIES U2O AFCON in Egypt.
Zambia will be hoping to add to their 11 titles, the last of which came in 2019 under Mutapa, who had also led the national Under-17 side to the COSAFA title that same year.
The tournament returns after being cancelled last year due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
The tournament will run from October 6 to 16th in Eswatini.
