Zambia Under-17 defender Lweendo Chimuka is relishing the prospect of facing South Africa on Thursday.
The Cosafa derby has been one of the talking points at the CAF U17 African Cup of Nations in Algeria.
Zambia and South Africa know each to well and Wednesday’s clash will be a repeat of the Cosafa U17 final in Malawi, in which the former won 1-0.
“We expect a tough match. As usual South Africa is a tough team to beat. We will make sure we get all the three points tomorrow,” Lweendo said.
Lweendo started the 1-0 defeat to Nigeria on Sunday but was withdrawn for Charles Kampamba as Zambia went for an equaliser.
Zambia will go into the group B tie as favourites having beaten the Amajimbos twice last year.
The match will start at 21:00 CAT.
