Yes we finally have it. An all African final at a fifa tournament. A repeat of 1993 fifa U-17 world cup between Nigeria and Ghana. Nigeria defeated ghana with a 2-1 scoreline.
Now we have the compact Mali against the ruthless Golden Eaglets of Nigera. These two teams are arguably the top and best teams in the tournament. Mali have conceeded just twice and have scored 14 goals, while Nigeria have conceeded 5 and scored 21 goals in just 6 games. Tournament topscorer Osimhen with 9 goals in 6 consecutive matches.

That was beautiful, if I m not mistaken, at under-20 level, Kalaba scored a goal that was a contender for the FIFA goal of the season sometime in 2002/2003. This certainly was great
…and the commentator on Supersport irritatingly kept calling Sinkala a strange name that sounded like from outer space; even when Sinkala’s name was clearly printed on his jersey! Furthermore, his line up was equally with error; he indicated that there was only one Zambian on the field of play in Rainford Kalaba, when in fact there were two Zambians including the very Sinkala whose name he kept misplacing till his substitution. Damn!!
