The Mbwanna Samatta captained side will face tournament favourites Morocco in the opening match on January 17, 2024.
Tanzania is the only side in Group F without an AFCON title.
Zambia and Morocco have won it once while DR Congo have claimed it twice.
Group F fixtures will be played at the 20,000 Laurent Poko Stadium in San Pedro.
