  1. It is unfair to say Power Dynamos silenced Nkana following the way in which the winner was decided. It really pained me to see a game that was on tv and watched not only by Zambians but the world (myself included/ Botswana) decided in that fashion. I find it not to be a good advert for the Zambian game.

Forget about the Maradonna goal that won Argentina the world cup some years back. It was supposed to be in those days but not in this era. Are we saying the Zambian game is that backward like at the time Diego benefitted from the so called hand of God? No. If the controversial goal was an infringement on another player,I guess a post match decision was going to be taken against the perpetrator. FAZ must wake up. It is these small things that elevate the level of managing soccer if appropriate action is taken. If that was a decider to representing Zambia in CAF would Zambia have been happy with the way the rep would have been decided? Come on….Do not be just another FAZ. Make a noticeable difference. You have been mandated.

    • Whereas I sympathise with you about the manner in which game was decided I have to disagree with you oj one or two points. First of all I think the game was ok, ofcourse I can’t hide my inclination towards power but i think a draw was going to be a fair result judging by the performance of the two teams. Power did well in the first half while Nkana dominated the second half. As regards the goal by Kampamba I want to give the officials a benefit of doubt. It was very difficult to see if the ball had hit his hand, Supersport used about 3 to 4 angles to finally show that the ball had hit his hand unfortunately the referees don’t have that luxury you & I have. Unless we start using VAR such things will continue to happen but at the moment we can only punish players & erring officials retrospectively if there is footage like is the case now but am afraid results won’t change much. I cited an incident last season where Alex Ng’onga was elbowed in the game against Napsa in Lusaka, the game was televised on Supersport the culprit only got a yellow card but those of you that remember the game will agree that that warranted a retrospective decision but it never happened. Hard luck otherwise I feel it was a fair display & advert for the Zambian game
