Leicester City boss Brendan Rogers has continued to heap praise on Chipolopolo star forward Patson Daka.
Rodgers was pleased by Daka’s performance for the Foxes, with the Zambia striker taking his all-competitions tally up to nine for the Club when he netted in the 1-1 draw with Enock Mwepu’s Brighton and Hove Albion at King Power Stadium.
The former RB Salzburg forward also netted for Leicester against Tottenham Hotspurs in midweek after a spell on the sidelines through injury.
“It was a good finish. He was in there, he was sharp, he was bright, and he did very well,” Rogers said.
Daka has scored four goals in nine English Premier League appearances if which he has only started four and has also chipped with three assists.
Daka contributes a goal or an assist for the Foxes every 64 minutes. Daka and his teammates have a two week break and will be back in action on 6th February when they travel to Nottinghamshire to face Nottingham Forest in the fourth round of the Emirates FA Cup.
