  1. SERIOUS ATTENTION OF FAZ AND ADVISORS OF OUR PROS

Very worrying ama substitute and left out of match day squad yapa kisa maningi. Just imagine even mu South Africa. Only Sunzu plays 90 minutes in the French Super league
The question is??? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE OTHER PLAYERS?

If one can’t command a first team place in places like Belgium, Austria, Russia, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and South Africa, how about in a team playing in
the Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Germany, English and French Super Divisions/Premier league etc.

If some of these players are not careful they will end up like Mayuka and Fwayo Tembo, talented players who wasted their chances of a life time and have now ended up nowhere. These players are not working hard enough to convince their coaches that is all

Just how Kalusha and Charles managed to command first team places at C. Brugge and Anderlecht in their first year at the ages of 19 and 16/17(for Charles) beats me

Don’t let some of us start questioning whether the ages of these players are the right ones (Just my opinion)

The other problem is ba FAZ. Why don’t you question these boys? In my opinion only players commanding a first team place among professionals need to be selected to the Senior National Squad it does not matter for the under23/20/17 squads as these are developmental

Some one at FAZ needs to take up this issue seriously and talk to these players. Professional soccer is all about competition.

Wake up call to these players: Call and talk to players like Sunzu and get advice

Ba FAZ what about the issue of the National Team head coach?? How far have you reached, pleas update us

  2. @Lukanga Kafusha Justice
The problem is at the grass root level .Who are coaching these young at youth level. There’s luck of technical touch . It’s more of physical. Most of our coaches don’t have a good standard European coaching qualification

  3. @Justice I agree with you Anderlecht was the biggest team in Belgium when Charles playing for them. They reached the European Cup Finals in 1990 (Europa Cup now) and lost to Sampdoria Italy after extra time Charles Musonda was anchoring the midfield in that game and the late Steven Keshi played for Anderlecht in the Cup final also. Sampdoria had Roberto Mancini, Gianlucca Viali just to name a few. These are big players in Italian football history. Mancini has coached Man City and the Italian National Team in recnt years. These are the caliber of players Charles played with.
Yet F.Sakala, E.Banda are struggling to cement a place in a mid table team in Belgium.
Kalusha also went on to play for PSV Eindehoven with the likes of Romario the Great Brazilian who also left PSV to play with Barcelona. Patson Daka at least seems to be doing much better but the rest of the class of 2007 no one has hit the mark.
