Patson Daka makes Chipolopolo XI v Uganda

George Lwandamina has named a changed starting XI for Zambia’s mouth-watering clash against the Cranes of Uganda.

Christopher Munthali has coming in at the heart of defence in place of Buchizya Mfune while teem striker Patson Daka replaces Zesco United attacking midifelder Mwape Mwelwa.

While the change at the back has been necessitated by an illness to Mfune who has a throat infection, the change in attack is tactical with Daka tasked to lead the line while Isaac Chansa, Cletous Chama and skipper Christopher Katongo will support attack from midfield.

The game will kickoff at 1800hrs CAT.

Zambia XI v Uganda:

Jacob Banda – Dauti Musekwa, Stephen Kabamba, Christopher Munthali, Adrian Chama – Jack Chirwa, Saluslani Phiri, – Isaac Chansa, Chris Katongo (C), Cletus Chama – Patson Daka

    • Mr John, I am shocked that you’re still following the Chan tournament. Once a chipolopolo fan, always a fan my man. And you’re one of the ardent chipolopolo fans. Just enjoy the tournament my brother. It’s not a useless one.

  2. The Malians are very useless so far and I only wished they team they drew with will be that useless! Zambia has a great chance even against Mali in last game!

  3. Parson daka ill watch closely to see if he can or has some football brains then maybe ill see what the coaches have seeing

  4. Ok lol mulibamiponto @Billy and luapula bize. Ba Dj cute learn 2 finish when reading an article mwiba sana fast nipa lolo. Gudluck ba Zambia. Its 18:00 CAT(central african time)

  5. Looking so forward to the game. Hope this time we attack more. I think that’s the idea behind the inclusion of patson. I have watched patson since his Nchanga dayz, the lad is not so bad. Am sure he has now improved and I see him scoring today.

  6. It becoming tricky. Mali just beat Zim 1-0 to move to the top. Zambia is now second. We have to beat Uganda but it won’t be easy. If we lose or draw, we will put ourselves in a very difficult position. Zim has been eliminated.
