Patrick Ngoma signs for Egyptian club

Chipolopolo striker Patrick Ngoma has completed a move to Egyptian side El Ittihad Alexandria.

A source told the ZamFoot Crew that Ngoma who recently attended trials at French Ligue 1 side Lille completed his move to Egypt yesterday (29th July)for an undisclosed figure.

The 18 year old burly striker was part of the U20 team that played at the CAF Junior Championship and was with the Zambia national team that participated at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations tournament. He has also featured in the U23 national team.

El Ittihad Alexandria ended the Egyptian league which is on recess in 14th position.

Ngoma joins Ronald Kampamba in the Egyptian league at a club that Felix Katongo played for.

  1. He failed trials in France??hope he shines coz in recent year except for Sate Sate most zambian player who have gone to Egypt have come back faster and quieter than they went. Eg Davis Mwape,Felix Katongo and that Mapande guy from Zanaco.

  2. The decision making for majority of Zambian players is very poor. You have to aim for a European league even a lower one to ground yourself in the ways of the Europeans.

    • @ Bolapazed in as much as I would like to criticise them for signing for poor clubs I sympathize with them, they need money to support themselves & their families…. You & I can afford to talk because we have different professions which is not in the public eye…… let’s give them a benefit of doubt they just want to make a bit of money just like you & I
