Opponent Watch: Buccaneers go 360 minutes without hitting the back of the net

Green Opponents in the CAF Champions League preliminary round, Orlando Pirates on Tuesday night played out to an entertaining goalless draw with Amazulu at the King Zwelithini Stadium.

The draw means the Sea Robbers have gone four games without a win losing three and drawing one and failing to score even a single goal in 360 minutes.

Orlando Pirates coach Rhulani Mokwena started with a less fancied side with probably the CAF Champions League second leg tie against Green Eagles next Friday in mind.

Justin Shonga was the only Zambian who was included in the matchday squad and was only introduced as a substitute late in the 85th minute replacing south African Siphesihle Ndlovu.

WHERE CAN EAGLES WIN IT

Green Eagles head into the second leg with a one-goal advantage but where van they win this tricky tie? The first 25 minutes will really determine who will progress to the next qualifying round of CAF Champions League, Orlando Pirates will be out to get an early goal to rejuvenate their scoring confidence, any delay to score in the first half will not only cause panic but the loss of confidence.

Coach Aggrey Chiyangi will probably deploy a defensive formation and will heavily rely on counter-attacks to avoid opening up to many spaces for Pirates to utilise.

Green Eagles will likely force a draw and progress to the next round but they will have to work hard for the result as the Buccaneers are now desperate for a result.
