Zambia Super League side NAPSA Stars have approached former Zambia U20 National Team head coach Beston Chambeshi the ZamFoot Crew understands.
Chambeshi has been spotted in Lusaka watching the National Division One play offs.
The ZamFoot Crew understands that Chambeshi had a meeting with the NAPSA Stars brass to discuss a possible move to the Pensioners.
It is believed that Chambeshi met NAPSA Stars board vice chairperson Cephas Sinyangwe who is a lifelong Nkana fan and CEO Ponga Liwewe.
The Nkana legend won the 2017 U20 AFCON on home soil and has been in charge of a number of Zambia Super League teams including, Nkana, Kansanshi Dynamos, and Power Dynamos.
Chambeshi is still however on contract with National Division One side Konkola Blades.
Perry Mutapa is the current NAPSA head coach who oversaw their fight to stay up last season under very difficult conditions.
In an event that NAPSA let go of Mutapa he will not be stuck for suitors with a number of clubs having shown interest in the past.
In his young coaching career he has already coached teams like Lusaka Dynamos, Forest Rangers and Power Dynamos and, is considered as one of the brightest young coaches in the country.
