Expelled and Former FAZ Vice President Richard Kazala has been thrown out of the on going FAZ AGM in dramatic events at Lusaka’s Government Complex.
Earlier on Kazala and FAZ President Andrew Kamanga embraced each other.
Kazala had been due to be given a hearing over his expulsion by the council last year.
However, he could not proceed as the matter is deemed subjudice after he took the matter to the Kitwe High Court that granted him an exparte injunction.
FAZ has resigned the matter to being a court case to avoid committing contempt of court.
