John Chishimba close to joining Konkola Blades

Defender John Chishimba is close to joining MTN Super League side Konkola Blades, the ZamFoot Crew understands.

Chishimba is a free agent after leaving Lusaka based side ZANACO FC on mutual consent.

The former Zambia Under-20 international John Chishimba departed the Bankers after just one season, having joined from ZESCO United at the start of the previous campaign.

The ZamFoot Crew understands that talks between Chishimba and Sharp Razor have advanced but no deal has been reached yet.

Blades have been busy during the current transfer window reinforcing ahead of the transitional league season.
