The five players who have arrived in the country are Russian based duo of striker Evans Kangwa and midfielder Klings Kangwa, Poland based winger Lubambo Musonda, Sweden based Edward Chilufya, and Supersport United striker Gamphani Lungu.

The quintet watched today’s afternoon training session at Nkoloma Stadium as the locally based group continued to shape up under the watchful eye of Coach Micho with his usual technical bench and the additions of Chintu Kampamba and Isaac Chansa.

A few more players are expected to jet in later today and tomorrow morning including Belgian based Fashion Sakala and Tanzania 🇹🇿 based striker Obbie Chirwa.

Chipolopolo head coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic is expected to reveal his full squad tomorrow at 11:00hrs.

Among the locally-based players, Micho has trimmed his team with youngster Joseph ‘Sabobo’ Banda making the cut while Kabwe Warriors forward Jimmy Ndhlovu is among those dropped from the squad. Kelvin Mubanga Kampamba, Luka Banda, Collins Sikombe, Kelvin Kapumbu, Gozon Mutale, Leonard Mulenga, and Chaniza Zulu are among those who have remained in the squad.

Zambia will play Malawi on Wednesday at Heroes Stadium behind closed doors before facing the Harambee Stars of Kenya in Nairobi and Bafana Bafana later on in South Africa.

    • No body knows where the guy is. Last time I heard he was in Tunisia then heard he was in Luxemborg or Malta something like that. Dont know the truth

  1. A search on the web shows that he is with F91 DUDELANGE, however a look at the clubs website shows he is not at this club. Noboday knows

  2. Too bad Daka and Mwepu can’t join the boys for these three matches, but Red Bull’s policy is understandable under the circumstances. Where is Prosper Chiluya? Chipolopolo has plenty of talent in midfield and up front, but I am not as certain about the defense.
