Zambia national team forward, Fashion Sakala Jnr has thanked Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard for the confidence he gave him in the short time they have worked together at Rangers.
Sakala Jnr went on to wish Gerrard the best of luck following his departure from Ibrox to join English Premier League side Aston Villa.
The Chipolopolo Boys forward took to social media platform, Twitter to express his gratitude to Steve G.

Gerrard, who enjoyed a glittering playing career with Liverpool and England, joined Rangers in 2018 following a spell as an Academy Coach at Liverpool.

The 41-year-old guided Glasgow Rangers to the Scottish Premiership title last season, finishing the campaign undefeated in the league.
The 2017 U-20 AFCON winner joined Glasgow Rangers early this year after penning a four-year deal from Belgian side, KV Oostende .
Sakala is currently in camp with the Copper Bullets in preparation for Saturday’s game against Mauritania.
