Chama had the best goal contribution of any player in the 2020/2021 Tanzania Vodacom League with 15 assists and eight goals (23).
The former Lusaka Dynamos captain won both awards in the 2019/2020 season hence will be looking to win them both for the second time in a row.
Meanwhile, former Chipolopolo boss George Lwandamina has been nominated for the coach of the season award. He is nominated alongside Simba SC’s Didier Comes de Rosa and Francis Baraza of Kagera FC.
The awards are expected to be held at the Julius Nyerere International Conference center (JNICC) on 21st October.

Tanzania must have very useless footballers, a zambian nominated for player of the season!
At least they are doing well in the worldcup qualifiers unlike Zambian footballers who have been eliminated from the race with two games to spare.
