2007 CAF young player of the year, Clifford Mulenga and Ignitius Lwipa scored the goals for the former Chipolopolo Boys.
Meanwhile Malawi scored the consolation goal through Jimmy Zakazaka.
In a curtain raiser, Lusaka Province U-17 played to a 2-2 draw with Eastern Province U-17.
