  1. Any coach coming should be tasked with qualifying the team to Afcon – No more no less. That is the contract.

  2. The two return fixtures between Zambia and Congo are very tight. Those 2 games will shape the group and know who will make it between Zambia and Congo to Gabon. Anyway we are specialists at qualifying to afcon tornaments.
Lets pray our neighbours Mozambique will also qualify this time around.

    • Think about qualifying to the World Cup. Wallowing in mediocrity. Don’t worry about the west Africans. They are experts in WORLD CUP QUALIFICATION. Even if they leave Afcon for the likes of Zambia & Mozambique , they can’t still win (except for a fluke one).
Which is the only country that could not win a single match at the 2015 Afcon?(answer withheld for obvious reasons).

  3. These clowns at Faz have the programme for the Congo game which will be played in a very short space hence the need to charter a plane in a year’s advance.

  4. This is an excellent schedule that favors Zambia. Finishing with a home game is great. If it comes down to the wire, they’ll be no excuses.

  5. I for one am not interested in hiring an expatriate, let us just support our own. In as much as we are advocating that Janza is not a good coach, I think we are being unfair to Janza. His appoint was not transparency, who do we blame here? Of course its corrupt Kalu. When we cried for the inclusion of fresh blood, Janza listened to our calls as soccer fans who would want the development of our game. HR could not listen to our calls though is not here to defend himself but am sure his followers may correct me on this one. Why cant we entrust in our own son? am aware that we where eliminated in the first round but that has happened before in 2013 not long ago. How about qualifying to the world cup which should be our main target unlike COSAFA and AFCON. The blame again should go to corrupt Kalu who always interfere in player selection and the players he Kalu impose on the coach do not die a little for mother Zambia, Let Janza have a say on his technical bench, let Janza hire his own assistants not those brought by Kalu. Our players should also shoulder a big share not the coach, yes he cant read the game because his assistants they have someone they report to not Janza. More to follow

  6. Janza is too passive, and doesn’t look like a motivator. Coaching is not just about knowing tactics and all that. It’s more than. A coach has to be a motivator, psychologist and should be there for the team when chips are down. Janza doesn’t seem to possess these qualities and he does not look like he has strong personality.

  7. Crucial games will be Zambia – Congo and Congo – Zambia which will be played in March 2016 as these games come just a few days in between. Congo is a tough customer going by their last performance at AFCON. Guinea Bissau is also gud but we can pull a double on them same applies to Kenya. All in all we need a gud Technician at the helm for us to have gud results.

  8. Looking at the Congo game dates I hope somebody at FAZ wont screw up the logistics once again as is becoming the norm with our football leadership. The games are a year from now so there can be no excuse like the last time…ministry of finance blah blah blah, faz blah blah blah etc etc….

Please FAZ do not screw this up again like you did the Cape Verde game.

    • Screwing up travel artangemts is a specialty of FAZ as happened in Ghana for the 2010 World Cup qualifiers. U don’t seem to learn from your pitfalls. Happened again in 2015 Afcon . TRAVEL ON TIME SO THAT THE BOYS WILL ADJUST TO JETLAGS & also ability to use training fields.
Nobody will bend the rules for u as happened to u in Ghana that u were denied training facilities. IT WAS YOUR OWN MALADMINISTRATION & FOLLY. Blame yourselves if it happens in the upcoming qualifiers .

  9. now we hav a new coach so whre going to win ths gamw, probrm is that there is no sunzu kangwa,j mulenga, k katongo, f katongo, and my champion player mbesuma whre is?
