James Chamanga has continued to grab the headlines in the Chinese premier league with excellent individual performances this time netting a brace for Liaoning Whowin when they beat Guangzhou R&F 3 – 1 at home.

Chamanga opened the scores in the 33rd minute after he won a penalty and took it to register his 7th goal of the season.

  1. It is better to call James Chamanga and others who are sadly labelled tired legs to play for National team than the so-called “small boys” who are embarrassing us daily. Who ever is in charge of summoning players for duties has no room for experiments. He has to call players based on their performance or else we will be massacred big time!!Any serious football administrator will never have a part time coach so as to compete for a world cup slot .

  2. not chamanga naimwe ukusabaila we already have players its just the coaches and poor selection.

if the selection was good we were not going to face this nonsense.

    • tekusabaila naimwe, just a suggestion based on the performance. abena Jacob Mulenga in you are suggesting are not scoring goals. We want results, not just names .

      • I don’t get it either Abiaso. The grandpa is doing what the real striker is expected to do when is on a pitch and some of the names mentioned in the list are warming benches in their respective clubs. I will choose grandpa Chamanga any day as long as he is delivering consistently.

  3. Emibili tufyile ukubomba nasho ishi lyk bena mbesuma, katongo, kalengo etc otherwise we’ve got players who can deliver bt dnt hav a coach, zambia is a footballing nation nt bakapala aba ama foreigner efyo balelanda am happy that we hav been drown with strong teams in africa its a work up call to our football association, good luck to chamanga, faz and chipolopolo at large.

  4. Grandpa Chamanga is shinning in the chocholi league, that’s something. Atleast he is not warming the bench and he is getting a fat paycheck. Good retirement package if you asked me.

  5. BELGIAN, ITALIAN, FRENCH COACHES LINE UP FOR CHIPOLOPOLO TOP JOB

At least three coaches from Belgium, France and Italy are ready to get the Chipolopolo job for as low as US $10,000 per month with one coach vowing to qualify Zambia and then only ask for a salary increase when Zambia seals it’s first ever World Cup slot, Zambian Football KICK OFF can reveal.

The three could even be on the FAZ list of coaches that FAZ president Andrew Kamanga and his executive committee might be considering for the full time job.

Kamanga has vowed to give Zambia a good run at qualifying for the first World Cup. He has called for total support for FAZ and the team. His vow comes in wake of humiliating defeats to Guinea Bissau and Swaziland which saw Zambia fail to qualify for AFCON 2017 and failure in the Cosafa Cup. The failure of AFCON and “takataka” travel arrangements in West Africa has earned Zambia the infamous Pontoon Boys name among football fans, analysts and commentators.

Kamanga is presently in Europe watching the European championships where he is also expected to make other contacts for the Chipolopolo boss. Of the three coaches who have expressed interest, two have coached in Africa while the third has never. ZamFoot will keep updating the story as we get more details and permission to release the names. – ZamFoot Kickoff
