The MTN/FAZ Super League week 14 fixture between Power Dynamos and Zesco United Football Club that was re-scheduled for Wednesday 30th December 2020 at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola has been put on hold, The ZamFoot Crew can confirm.
According to a circular dated December 26th, 2020 written by Interim Zambian Super League manager Brian Mulenga accessed by the ZamFoot Crew, The match has been put on hold to accommodate concerns raised by officials from both teams.
This re-scheduled fixture which was set to be played on December 30th, 2020 is put on hold until further notice to accommodate concerns communicated by officials from both clubs. Please take this as an official notification.
The two teams have several players with the Zambia National team that is expected to play the Fan’s select side in an All-Stars vs the Rest affair at Nkoloma Stadium on Monday.
Zesco United has five players namely Fackson Kapumbu, Simon Silwimba, Clement Mwape, Adrian Chama, and Donashano Malama in the fans select side while Bruce Musakanya, John Chishimba, Enock Sakala Jnr, and Kelvin Mubanga Kampamba are part of Coach Milutin Sredojevic’s team.
The match will take place at Nkoloma Stadium on Monday at 15:00 and will be live on ZNBC TV with entry also pegged at free of charge.
