ZPL Women’s Super League side ZANACO Ladies FC have signed Congolese U20 international forward Rebecca Kianga, the ZamFoot Crew can reveal.
Kianga, who has been in Zambia since mid-August, joins the Lady Bankers from Congolese side FCF Les Aigles du Congo.
The 18-year-old has agreed personal terms and signed a contract with ZANACO that will run until June 2028, with the club now awaiting her work permit before formally announcing the signing, according to ZamFoot sources.
Kianga becomes the second Congolese U20 international to join ZANACO Ladies this transfer window, following the arrival of goalkeeper Brigitte Ngamita Zulaka, as previously reported by the ZamFoot Crew.
The young forward joined FCF Les Aigles du Congo during the 2025-26 season and quickly established herself as one of the leading attacking players in the Kinshasa Provincial Women’s Football League (EPFF-KIN).
She scored 15 goals and provided eight assists in 19 appearances, form that attracted interest from clubs outside the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Kianga’s move to Zambia comes after a proposed transfer to China failed to materialise last season.
She will now continue her development in the ZPL Women’s Super League, with ZANACO looking to add the teenage forward’s goalscoring ability to their attacking options.
Subject to the completion of her work permit, Kianga is expected to be officially unveiled by the Lady Bankers in the coming days.
