Zambia coach Beston Chambeshi believes Tuesday’s Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifier final Group B match between Tunisia and Zambia will be an open match.

Going into the penultimate game of the qualifiers, Tunisia and Equatorial Guinea lead the group with 10 points while Zambia is on 7 points with Mauritania bottom on 1 point.
Tunisia will be playing for a win even though a point can send them through if Mauritania pick up a shock result against Equatorial Guinea.
With Tunisia set to attack from the first minute, Chambeshi who has faced North African opposition since his time as Nkana and KK11 wing wizard is aware that there’s no better time to inflict damaging wounds at their own turf.

South of the equator, a game against North African oppositions presents frustrations with their compact defensive game, play acting and support from biased referees.
With their back against the wall, the Carthage Eagles are aware that there’s no time for their negative game plan even though they might get help from the referee as witnessed from the Ghana’s match against South Africa on Sunday.

With that background, the match promises to be open as previewed by Chambeshi.
“One good thing is that it will be an open game. So we have got nothing to fear,” Chambeshi said
The 61 year old is known for his attacking brand of football, and it seems like there won’t be change of formation in Tunis on Tuesday night.
“All we have to do is handle them well and make sure we attack,” he added
While there has been suggestions that Chambeshi might sacrifice an attacking player for a more defensive midfielder, it seems like he won’t compromise his attacking philosophy.

With six players [five expected to start] from the famed class of ’17 that reached the quarter finals of the FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Korea in 2017 expected to start, Chambeshi is cautious that Zambia has to be sound at the back as well. Despite leading twice against ten man Italy, Zambia ended up losing 3-2 in extra time in Korea.
“We also have to be cautious in defence and the only way we defend is to attack,” he warned

Despite firing warning shots to his defenders, Chambeshi concluded by saying ‘so it will be an open game, that’s the only good thing about tomorrow’s game.’
While Zambia lost to Algeria last year in the African Cup of Nations qualifier, the likes of Patson Daka will draw inspiration from Russia 2018 World Cup qualifier double over Algeria.
In 2009, a youthful Zambian defence led by Nyambe Mulenga and Dennis Banda held their own in the 1-1 draw against Egypt in front of 120, 000 plus at Cairo International Stadium.

Nothing to say really, i can only say all the best 🇿🇲🇿🇲🇿🇲
Zambia should aim to win against Tunisia regardless of the impact of the results on who goes to Quata
When will we start learning winning early me am tired of guessing work mathematics.
zambia
Go Zambia Go Mighte awinner icungulo, give them that Zambian wrath
Bola ni pamala na menso pamulu. Nayo nayo…
Journalists are confused what more the players… Tunisia may suffer their waste nightmare much more than we suffered in 1996: we beat them 2:0 and within few weeks they wired us 4:2… I think the boys must be reminded about Zambia’s pain then…
Meanwhile see what the Tunisian journalists are posting :
Tunisia possible starting lineup:
Nsabata; Silwimba, Chepeshi, Chanda, Mwape; Bande, Banda, Mosunda; Kangwa, Daka, Sakala
Zambia possible starting lineup:
Mustapha; Maaloul, Talbi, Bronn, Kechidra; Sassi, Slimane, Laidouni; Khazri, Rafia, Jaziri
We say: Tunisia 2-0 Zambia
Tunisia will be desperate to arrest their slump in form and return to winning ways as their chances of qualifying for the World Cup currently hangs on a thread. While a win takes Zambia level on points with the hosts, their hopes of finishing top of the group are all but over thanks to their significantly weaker goal difference. With that said, we anticipate a riveting contest with Tunisia taking the game to the visitors and claiming all three points.

Dear Soccer Fans here is my clarion call! Very important! If you know French urgently find a site where Mauritanian Soccer fans are and give them our 100% Viva Mauritania against EG. Tell them to share their boys thought out the match for the honour of mother Mauritania. They can come out with at least a win! Yes we must loot for them because their victory has everything to do with ours! We are in this moment like One people with the wonderful people of Mauritania… Surely the team that gave us the First victory must give us the final victory… Nonetheless, whatever the outcome it’s well with us! Our boys don’t need the soccer many fans, the Technical bench, players on the bench and all officials are enough… Anyone travelling to Tunisia must not sit but must applaud every action or attempt by the Chipolopolo boys. Our boys already know what’sat stake, we were100% out but now 20% in… How I wish we can divert the plane carrying the Soccer fans led by Pstr. Matembo from Tunis to Mauritania so that they can give morale boosting to the Mauritania National Team! Zambiaust not stop dreaming big regardless of the outcome… Viva Zambia! In the end congratulations to Tunisia, Eq.Guinea and Zambia… Tomorrow One of Three proceeds to the next round after a great job done…
