Zambia U20 friendly match cancelled

The international friendly match between the Zambia U20 national soccer team and Spanish side Las Palma’s which was scheduled to be played on Saturfay has been cancelled.

The ZamFoot Crew has been informed that the decision has been made to help the team recover after the two intense friendly matches which the young Zambians won by lone goals.

“The practice match with Las Palmas has been cancelled to allow players to recover from knocks.

The two games we played were very intense so we only have Real Madrid B left on our schedule,” delegation leader Lee Kawanu said.

Zambia next play the youth side of Spanish side Real Madrid in their final match of the Spain camp.

The match will be played on Monday kicking off at 1300hrs.

The Beston Chambeshi coached side will then return home ahead of the kick off of the CAF U20 Africa Cup of Nations on 26th February.
