Young Copper Bullets in Senegal ahead of Tuesdays clash

The Zambia U-20 National are currently in Senegal ahead of tomorrow’s International friendly match against the Young Teranga Lions. 

Chisi Mbewe’s side arrived at 17:35 hours local time on Sunday aboard an Ethiopian Airline flight and were received by officials from the Senegal Football Federation.

Zambia plays Senegal on Tuesday in the final test match on the West African tour before heading to Egypt to set up camp ahead of the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations which kicks off on February 19.

The Young Copper Bullets commenced their West African tour with a 4-2 loss to Nigeria at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja as part of intensified preparations.

Green Eagles striker Derrick Bulaya scored both goals for the 2017 U-20 African Champions. 

Zambia is in Group C alongside Tunisia, Benin and Gambia.
