After recording back-to-back victories against Kabwe Warriors and Buildcon, Red Arrows chief executive officer Bruce Milunga believes they are on the right track to defend the Super League title.
Arrows edged Warriors 1-0 at Lusaka’s Nkoloma Stadium in a Week 21 match before overcoming Buildcon 2-1 in Ndola on Saturday.
Lieutenant Colonel Milunga said in an interview that Arrows are heading in the right direction.
Milunga said the team staged a brilliant win to defeat Buildcon, who were determined to spoil the champions’ chances of retaining the trophy.
“As an executive, I think we are impressed with what we are seeing from the boys. This is a great comeback.
The Champions are currently fifth on the log on 34 points.
Log leaders Power Dynamos are 42 points.
