Zambian young enterprising midfielder Klings Kangwa is optimistic of Zambia’s chances at this years’sU23 Afcon.
Speaking to a zamfoot crew in Egypt on arrival from Russia, the Bola Na Lesa star spoke with full confidence.
“I am excited to join the guys, we now have to stay as a team, work hard together, push each other and encourage one another.”
“We are in a difficult group and will play against South Africa in the first game without Patson Daka, Enock Mwepu, and Fashion Sakala but that’s not a problem cause we have enough talent to beat South Africa,” he said.
“My target is to work hard with the team and individually so that i can help the team win the tournament and qualify for the Olympics.”
Zambia U23 begin their tournament on saturday at 21:00 hrs, the game will be shown live on pay tv channel Supersport.
Top three teams qualify for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
