We know what’s at stake – Moses Phiri

The Chipolopolo boys arrived in Cameroon on Thursday and immediately got down to work in Douala. The Boys had a training session at the Stade Mbappe Leppe in Cameroon.

Sensational ZANACO striker Moses Phiri says the team is settling in well in Cameroon and the players know what is at stake.

“We settling in well, We arrived on Thursday and started training immediately. It’s important, it won’t be that different here and that side, I think the weather is just the same,” he said.

“Everyone is fine and settling well, We are just encouraging ourselves so that we carry maximum points.”

“Everyone knows what is at stake, It’s a must-win, so the fans in Zambia must just keeping faith in us,” he added.

Fourteen local players traveled to Cameroon with foreign-based players expected to join camp after featuring for their clubs in this weekend’s matches.

Cameroon has been selected as the launchpad for Equatorial Guinea on October 7 due to its proximity to Malabo which is a 40-minute flight away.

Zambia will face third-placed Equatorial Guinea on October 7 before hosting the West Africans three days later at the National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka.

  1. Chipolopolo is full of below average players from the local league and their is calling for us to have faith in them . It’s as calling to have faith in a broken ladder on which someone is suppose to climb
