Napsa Stars striker Emmanuel Mayuka says his team has gone to Mozambique for nothing less than a win as they look to progress to the next round of the CAF Confederation Cup.
Speaking to Zamfoot Crew before departure the 2012 AFCON winner said the match is still 50 50 and can go either way.
“We are going there to try and win the game, will see how it goes,” Mayuka told the ZamFoot Crew.
“We drew here nill-nill, the game is still open to any team it can go either way, as a striker yes am expected to score goals but I also have to help the team to win and progress to the next round.”
When asked about how he takes UD Songo the former Southampton striker heaped praise on the Mozambican outfit saying they are a good side.
“They are a good side and plays good football, it’s a good challenge for us, I believe we have done our homework.”
The Pensioners face UD Songo in the return league of the first round of the CAF confederation cup in Mozambique on Wednesday at 15:00. The team arrived in Mozambique at 10:25 on Monday.
