Power Dynamos crowned a successful 2025/26 campaign by honouring their standout performers at the club’s annual awards gala held in partnership with Garden Court Kitwe.
League top scorer Moses Shumah emerged as the biggest winner of the night after collecting three major accolades, while Kondwani Chiboni completed a memorable double at the colourful ceremony in Kitwe.
Shumah swept the Top Scorer Award, Fans’ Player of the Season and the club’s most prestigious honour, Footballer of the Year, following an outstanding campaign that played a key role in Power Dynamos’ successful season.
The striker’s goals and consistent performances made him one of the standout players in the MTN Super League and a firm favourite among supporters.
Defender Chiboni was also recognised for his influence and reliability throughout the season, winning both the Most Consistent Player Award and the Players’ Player of the Season accolade — a reflection of the regard he holds among his teammates.
Defender Fredrick Mulambia was named Most Disciplined Player, while Chifundo Mphasi collected the Most Improved Player award after an impressive breakthrough campaign.
Goalkeepers Willard Mwanza and Lawrence Mulenga shared the Golden Glove Award after strong performances between the posts during the season.
Defender Aaron Katebe received the Club President’s Award in recognition of his contribution to the team, while Kofi Boyd Tiza was honoured as Most Dedicated Official.
