Should Cameroon, Senegal and Zambia sack their coaches?

Six coaches have left their jobs following the exit of their countries (except Ivory Coast) from the 34th edition of the African Cup of Nations.

Algerian born Adel Amrouche was sacked by Tanzania after CAF banned him following his remarks towards Morocco.

Chris Houghton (Ghana) and Jean Louis Gasset (Ivory Coast) were also shown the door.

With this background, there are suggestions that Rigobert Song and Avram Grant of Cameroon and Zambia should also be fired.

Senegal’s Aliou Cisse’s is not on the line according to reports from Dakar.

Below is the list of the coaches who have been sacked or have resigned.

  3. Tom Saintfiet (The Gambia) – Resigned
  4. Djamel Belmadi (Algeria) – Resigned
  5. Jalel Kadri (Tunisia) – Resigned
  6. Jean Louis Gasset – Resigned
