Zambian striker Samuel Musonda is attracting interest from leading European clubs, the ZamFoot Crew understands.
Musonda is regarded as one of the promising young talents in the country and his progress has already alerted the likes of Malmo, Djugardens, Braga, Cercle Bruggle, Montpellier and Lille.
The teenage sensation came off the bench on Saturday to score and assist in his club’s 6-1 victory.
With Sporting Lusaka FC leading 4-1 against Lusaka City Council in the FAZ Provincial Division 2, Musonda scored the fifth goal before he turned provider for the sixth goal.
“His movement in the box for his goal was impressive. He is usually 2 seconds ahead.
“He has the pace, explosive and physical attributes to his advantage,” said a scout who has been tracking his progress in the last 6 months.
The match was watched by Zambia Under-15 head coach Brian Kunsanama, and several former Zambia internationals including Sebastian Mwansa, William Njobvu, Allan Mukuka and Chisamba Lungu at Lusaka’s Independence Stadium.
