Red Arrows to hand Chisi a two year deal

Red Arrows interim coach Chisi Mbewe will be handed a two year contract by Red Arrows following the team’s rejuvenation since he took over from sidelined former National team coach Honor Janza.

Zamfoot understands that Chisi’s approach and quick fix to the Airmen’s woes has impressed the club hierarchy and they will hand him the job on permanent basis going into next season.

Red Arrows have gone on an eleven match unbeaten run since Chisi took over winning six (same as Janza in 25 matches) and drawing five of those games picking up 23 points from a possible 33. They have managed to score 15 goals and allowed just five.

When he took over from the former Chipolopolo boss the Airmen where 13th on the log with 27 points but eleven games later the Zambia Airforce sponsored side is 10th on the log with 50 points.
