Power Dynamos in Mansa for preseason… Four new players and three youth players part of the squad

Zambia Super League side, Powerful Power Dynamos have set up camp in Mansa in preparation for the 2021/22 FAZ/ MTN Super League which kicks off on September 11th.

Abayellow arrived in Luapula Province on Tuesday and is expected to spend a week in Mansa.

“With less than a month before the 2021/22 FAZ/ MTN Super League kicks off, Power Dynamos FC has set up camp in Mansa. The team arrived in Mansa on Tuesday 17th August 2021 and is expected to spend a week of high intensive training.

It is worth noting that the team began its pre-season training on 21st July 2021 before breaking off to cast votes in the national elections.”

The club has also confirmed the inclusion of four new players and three from their developmental side.

Coach Masautso Tembo has summoned a 32 man squad that includes four (4) new acquisitions and three(3) notable developmental players from Young Power Dynamos FC. These are U17 international right-back, Lombe Mutale, Emmanuel Kunda an attacking midfielder, and goalkeeper Stanley Lwamba.

Lombe Mutale was part of the U17 team that won Gold at the 2019 Cosafa tournament in Malawi and was also part of the U-17 team that won Silver at the 2020 Cosafa tournament held in South Africa qualify to the abortive Morocco U17 African Championship.

Clifford Saidi and Allan Kamwanga Jnr who are coming from long-term injuries which knocked them out of action for the two previous seasons have made the trip.

The four new acquisitions are striker, Tiki Chiluba from Indeni FC, left-back Cletus Mulolani, from Lumwana Radiants, Winger Wilford Sikanyika from Kansanshi, and enterprising striker, Kunda Musonda who netted 19 goals in the last Provincial Copperbelt Division 1 league from Jumulo FC. The other acquisition, striker, Tranquilin Kalonji Mwepu from Indeni could not travel due to some technicalities.
